My “obsession” with real estate began when my husband and I were searching for our very first home in San Diego. We bought a fixer upper and we have been flipping homes ever since. I started my official career in Real Estate in 2005 as an agent and became a broker in 2011. After working independently for many years, I joined the Kim Alexander Group (4 years ago) and I’m thrilled to be a part of this top ranking team. We have a lot of fun! I love the collaboration and shared expertise, especially in this changing market. 

I have a number of Real Estate designations qualifying me to work as a certified home stager, military relocation pro, accredited buyer and seller representative, and a relocation specialist. As your listing agent I bring an eye for detail and experience in presentation ensuring you will earn the maximum profit for your home. As your buyer’s agent there’s nothing more important to me than helping you find exactly what you’re looking for and making sure it’s a great investment long term. 

I view each client as a unique individual with specific needs. I even offer concierge services for distressed properties, out of state property owners and seniors. My success over the last 19 years has been largely due to the care I take to tailor every aspect of each transaction to meet those needs. I promise that you can expect impeccable service, experienced contract negotiation and personal attention every step of the way.

Personally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, but my favorite title is “mom,” and now grandma or “joyjoy.” I grew up overseas, moved around a lot, and I have traveled extensively. I enjoy reading, decorating, beach days with my grandson, long walks, and spending time with my family. But in all honesty, no matter where I am or who I’m with I’m either thinking about real estate, looking for real estate, or talking about real estate. It has become part of me.

I’ve been married for 34 years, and we have three incredibly talented, adult children, who have all started their own careers and left home. I was never really prepared to be a parent and although I’m grateful they are all so driven and independent, I wasn’t prepared for that either! Now they’re all talking about buying houses! I live for those rare moments when I still get to do “mom things.”  (If you know, you know.) My husband and I have resided in Hamiliton County for over 20 years. We’ve enjoyed the community, our church, cultural events, lake life, and all of the small businesses and niche restaurants. It has been a blessing in so many ways.
